Let’s crystallize your best thinking and surface your best you

PRO BONO THE REMAINDER OF 2025

Everyone needs a coach.

Not because something’s wrong — but because life, work, and growth are complex. Coaching creates a very rare and genuinely special space to think clearly, reflect deeply, and move forward with purpose — helping you get catalytic, personally and professionally.

Together we’ll slow down, tune in, and draw on the knowledge and instincts you already have — transforming them into clarity, confidence, and direction.

We begin by creating a calm, clear state. What follows is simple: no advice, no judgment. We both know you’re the expert. Everything we discuss is completely confidential — never shared, never mentioned, just you and me.

My role is to ask the right questions, the hard questions, the breakthrough questions. The open-ended and thought-provoking questions that invite rapid reflection, connection, and revelation.

Having been on both sides of the coaching conversation, I can say with great certainty that coaching helps us see patterns faster, make sharper decisions, and navigate complexity with greater ease and impact. My recent training at Berkeley reinforced this.

Whether you’re a founder, executive, creative professional, or just thinking through some work or life decisions, let’s partner together to access your best ideas and to tap into your highest, truest self.

Let’s get clear.
Let’s get creative.
Let’s get catalytic.

Get in touch

  • Book a discovery call

If something here resonates, let’s start a conversation. Coaching begins with curiosity — about yourself, your work, your teams, your ideas, and your sense of what’s possible.

If you’d like, we can start with a short discovery call. It’s a simple way to connect, ask a few questions, and see if the fit feels right.

  • Schedule a working session

When you’re ready to dive in, book a working session (1 hour) and let’s get to work. Some people begin and end with a single session; others prefer multiple sessions and a regular cadence, but either way this is where we roll up our sleeves and work through what’s on your mind.

Just be somewhere quiet and distraction-free so we can think clearly and stay in a flow state without interruption.

How we work together

  • Roles and goals

My role is to serve as a thought partner, sounding board, and mirror — listening deeply, challenging gently, and helping you connect the dots between what you know and what you want next. My goal is to facilitate clear thinking, foster a grounded sense of self, and help harness the insights and solutions already within you.

  • Timing and technology

Sessions are 60 minutes and take place remotely via Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet. You can schedule a single session or meet on a regular rhythm — every few weeks, monthly, or as desired. We’ll align to what you want/need.

  • Cost and flexibility

Pricing ranges from pro bono to $150–$350 per session, with multi-session packages available for companies and teams. Rates are flexible — we’ll find what feels right and can adjust over time if it helps.

All sessions are pro bono the remainder of 2025.

  • Structure and style

Each session starts by creating space to breathe—literally. Drawing on my Hatha yoga training, we begin with slow, calming breathwork to ground and arrive. From there, our conversation stays open and present. My approach is non-directive and judgment-free: no advice, no quick fixes. We both know you’re the expert of your domain. I ask thoughtful, challenging, open-ended questions that invite reflection, connection, revelation, clarity, and forward movement.

Rates & Packages

  • Pro bono

ALL SESSIONS ARE PRO BONO THE REMAINDER OF 2025

I never want cost to be a barrier, especially if you’re in a difficult transition or simply curious about coaching. Coaching should be accessible to everyone. If our work resonates, the best way to support me is by sharing or referring me within your network or organization.

  • Typical sessions

Sessions are 60 minutes. Rates are flexible and typically range from $150–$350 per hour — we’ll discuss what feels right and fits your budget in advance and can adjust over time. You can pay upfront or “run a tab,” closing out monthly or quarterly — whatever’s easiest. The focus is on partnership and progress, not paperwork.

  • Companies & Teams

I enjoy working with individuals who play critical roles within organizations — helping them harness their full potential, think clearly, and connect to the work. Five-session packages are available for $2,000 and can be applied to one person or shared across team members. I’m easy to bring in and happy to collaborate with HR or managers, or simply connect directly with individuals. Literally, get the most out of your teams — what could be more important.

FAQs

  • Let’s start the conversation by sending a note and/or by scheduling a brief phone call to get to know one another. Once we both feel like it’s a match, we’ll book a working session and get going.

  • Some “coachees” show up with very specific situations and ideas on their minds. Others walk in with no clear goals for the session, but we quickly identify topics to work through and to make progress on.

  • I like to begin sessions with breathing exercises and then we can get to work once we’re both centered and present. Over the course of our hour together, I will be listening closely, asking open-ended questions, and creating a space for you to connect the dots and experience “aha moments”, personally and professionally.

  • Individuals, teams, and organizations across all industries and professional levels. My approach to coaching is human centric and category agnostic although I have deep expertise in many areas if that is of interest.

  • Understandable. Sometimes moving forward requires a bit of surrender — and the willingness to try something new. I can assure you that you’ll feel safe, supported, and better for the experience.

  • Good question. Please find a quiet, private, uninterrupted space where you can think distraction free for an hour. This is our time to foster introspection without interference.

  • This is entirely up to you. If you feel you’re getting value and want to keep going, let’s do it. Alternatively, if you book a single session and decide you’re good for a while, great! This is all about finding a rhythm and flow that works for you.

  • Great question. Coaching is a “high ask, low tell” modality. Other techniques tend to offer advice and expertise. In contrast, our coaching sessions are specifically designed to catalyze ideas and solutions that originate within yourself.

  • Everything we discuss is completely confidential and always up to you.

Our sessions are never recorded, shared, or disclosed in any capacity. With your permission, I may one day request an anonymous testimonial simply noting that I’ve partnered with individuals from your organization — nothing more. Your trust and confidence are of paramount importance to me.

About

Hello. I’m a Berkeley-trained executive coach with a background spanning science, technology, healthcare, marketing, finance, intellectual property, business development, strategy, communications, Hatha yoga, and creative-agency leadership. I’m currently working towards BECI and ICF certification and building my practice full of amazing people.

I began my career in drug discovery, designing molecules to heal the body and mind. Over time, my curiosity shifted from traditional chemistry to human chemistry — how people think, connect, create, and move forward.

Eventually, I moved out of the lab and into the world of ideas, partnering with individuals, teams, and organizations across science, technology, and the creative industries. Along the way, I realized my real work has always been helping people think better, feel clearer, and act with purpose.

Today, I’m driven by that same curiosity — helping passionate people think creatively, communicate powerfully, and lead with clarity, confidence, and impact.

I’m a Boston native and currently live in San Francisco. I look forward to connecting and learning more about you.
